8 spoon of rise
3 big mature tomatoes
4 grated onions
2 grated pumpkins
1 peeled eggplant and finely chopped.
1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 bunch of chopped dill
1 cup of olive oil

How to make it
Carefully empty the tomatoes and peppers. Add a little salt and turn them upside down to drain. We pass the inside of the tomatoes in the grater. Fry the onion, garlic, eggplant, and zucchini in oil. Add the grated tomato, half a cup of water, salt, pepper, parsley, dill, and rice. Stir and bring to a boil, to soften the rice a little.
Fill the tomatoes and peppers halfway and place them in a pan. Pour a little oil and a cup of water on top. If you want, sprinkle the surface of the stuffing with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven until the rice is soft and the food is left with its oil.
